TAX-PRO, INC. is a Maine corporation created in 1988 by Robert A Bolduc, EA.  After working for several years with a public accounting firm and then on his own as a sole proprietor, Mr. Bolduc incorporated his tax and accounting business.  In 1994, the firm opened a second office location when Bob's son Rob joined the firm.  The firm has experienced steady growth under Mr. Bolduc's leadership thanks to his commitment to developing qualified staff, producing competent tax returns coupled with timely and objective advice, staying ahead of the curve in technology, and delivering outstanding service to it's valued clients.
